WTB: Good stepping Intel P4C

Hey guys, just wondering what you all have to offer with me trying to get as much chip as I can for ~$140. The chips have gotta be P4Cs with good steppings/OCs like above and would be a plus if offered with a retail heatsink. Gonna be switching to an intel setup / selling my amd setup pretty soon. Thanks.
