No its doesnt have to be OCZ necessarily depending on the deal / quality of ram and size etc etc etc.

Will that watercooling setup work with AM2.. / I am a noob in the water cooling arena. What would this do for me as far as increasing overclock potential / what parts would I need to finish off the setup?

u need nothing to finish the system, all u need to do is hook it up, or change the tubings that are short.(extra tubing is included)
the storm rev.2 waterblock is universal so it fits AM2 as well as socket 775.
u can achieve higher overclock on watercooling compared to aircooling. i cant say exactly by how much. but my cpu using air was only able to hit 2.2 ghz w/ air, but w/ watercooling it was able to get 2.7ghz.

It comes with a VMU. battery is long dead by now. The games are pretty good titles two controllers. One standard Memory card, one mem. card w/ rumble and one gameshark unit *that goes into the controller*

Most of the games are flawless, a few I bought from a rental store have scratches. The unit is in great shape and was played midly for about a year
