WTB: Old quiet HDD and an old PC

I got a PPro 200Mhz system, includes PPro 200, 128MB ram and M-Technology R651 mobo if you are interested. Will mount to an AT or ATX case. I can toss in a vid card, network card and sound card also to make it more complete. I have a case also but the shipping would kill any good deal. LMK via PM if you are interested.

I have an athlon system that I just recently got

need to spec everything out, sorry, no time yet

I think can bump up the ram to 512 + (not DDR)

I'll try to get a DVD drive to work

HDD is in a questionable condition
I have a spare, but it's loud
so you may have to find a different one
so probably i'd sell w/o the hdd
can include windows 2000 pro, but you'd have to install it yourself and drivers
but I'll try to provide everyhting you need

EDIT-o and if you want it to be quiet, I can add a little stuff (and take out some of the 7 fans in there!, replace/mod it to fit some 120 fans) to it to make it quiet as possible with the stuff I have on hand

FYI old hard drives are usually much louder than new ones. I hear my WD160 spinning all the time and it irks me. I know you can often get xbox hard drives very cheaply and since they are modern they are quiet... the only problem is they are 8-10gb.
 
Fujitsu and seagate drives are usually pretty quiet.

Laptop drive much? I have a few of those I could spare.
