WTB: Original Nintendo 64 Adaptoid

Hi there,

I've searched long and hard for this piece of hardware which has been put out of production for quite a while now. This device allows you to connect via usb your Nintendo 64 controller to your computer. Now, there are many imitations out there which do pretty much the same thing as the Adaptoid. However, none to my knowledge have Rumble Pack and Memory Pack compatibility.
