WTB: P35/P45 Motherboard

Looking for a solid P35 or P45 chipset board. Would like to stick with Asus or Gigabyte and the max budget I have for this board is $65.

Boards I'm looking for:

Asus P5Q Pro
Gigabyte P35-DS3L
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
Gigabyte P35C-DS3R

Also open to other reliable options. I need a decent clocking board though, as the reason for replacement is a dying P5B-VM that has a hard time taking my E6300 to stock clocks.

I can probably do $65 for just the mobo. And shipping would be around $12.00. I have a P45 Chipset, but the brand is ECS. I like the board, its not to bad. Here is my thread.
