WTB: PSU, ati6950, ddr3, cpu cooler

i need the following items...

psu - 5XX-650watt range, enough to power 655k @ 4.8ghz and ati 6950. modular would be great - dont want to spend more than $75 shipped

ati 6950 2gb(preferred) would like one that unlocks to 6970. - around $200 is all im willing to pay at this time

single stick of ocz ddr3. doesnt matter the goodness. gold/platinum would be best.

cpu cooler for 1156 socket - doesnt need to be the best ever, just something decent. i dont need fans if that will lower your price any. if you have anything older and unique that doesnt have 1156 mounts i'm still interested. - looking to keep price under $40 shipped

heat is under fitseries3 and i have plenty to show im a decent person.
