I'm entertaining the thought of buying a k-series Sandy or Ivy Bridge i7 to replace the Celeron G540 in one system I have. A 2600k is probably ideal since I'm not looking to spend all that much, but I will entertain alternatives. I might consider a k-series i5, but an i7 is greatly preferred.
