WTB: Socket 478 or 939 ddr1 motherboard

Looking for a socket 478 OR a socket 939 board...FOUND!

I was giving this forum a try to see if anybody might have either a 478 or 939 board that would fit this criteria:

-$40-50 max
-uses DDR1 memory
-MATX most definitely preferred
-does not use VIA

Generally, Intel chipsets that could support an 800fsb p4 3.0 northwood, or a amd board that would support an Opteron 165 or equivalent is what I was looking for...Not looking to do any overclocking with it.

got both but not matx, if you can't find anything they are here.

will dig around at home and see if i can dredge up an matx board from those years, can't remember for certain if i have one or not.

i have an intel board atm that is running a 3.0 P4, mine is not a mATX eaither tho. i could probably work a pretty good deal if your were interested
