WTB/T cheap 1366 CPU

Looking to upgrade my server from a dual core 2.5ghz AMD to a cheap quad 1366 CPU.

For trade, i have:


I also have:
500GB Seagate Sata2 7200RPM HDD
250GB Seagate Sata2 7200RPM HDD
250GB WesternDigital Sata2 7200RPM HDD
2x windows XP Pro Stickers.

Would trade all of that for the CPU.

These are the parts I would be able to replace if/when i get a new CPU and they could be traded also.
AMD Athlon X2 4850e 2.5ghz 45watts power.
