WTB/T: Cheap PCI-E video card

Looking for something keep my computer on while my 480 is away on its step-up. Would like it to be something nVidia 8 series or better, or Radeon 4650 or better. I'd really like to keep this around $30 or less, as I will most likely never use it again after this two week waiting period. I would also be willing to trade my Sidewinder X6 keyboard to make up some cost.

Sidewinder is in great overall condition, has some issues with the 'S' keys coating which is shown in the picture.
