WTB/TF: cheap 19"+ monitor

I need to get a cheap 19"+ monitor for my son's gaming rig.

I prefer widescreen and it must have a DVI connection. Cosmetic condition is irrelevant, as is panel type. It must work, and reasonably be good for gaming. A stray dead pixel here and there would be acceptable, but would like to see screenies.

The keyword though is cheap. Biggest monitor for the cheapest price wins.
