WTB: TI83 or TI89

Well, after over 10 years of faithful service, I recently lost my TI83. I'm looking for a reasonably-priced replacement to it. I'm interested in the TI89 as well, but in that case I'd need the manual as well since I've never used one.

I don't want to spend more than ~$50 when all is said and done.
