Why not just go to a Home Depot, Menards, or a Lowes?
They have all sorts of tubing like that on big spools that you can have cut to length.

I've considered that, but in the end I think I'd just regular watercooling tubing

check you local hardware store. My hardware stores carry clear flex and tygon.
