WTB/WTS: Help Me Build a PC

I'm looking to buy parts over the next couple of months to build a PC. Here's what I'm looking at now:

CPU: Intel C2D E6600 (probably waiting until 4/22 to get price drop)
Motherboard: Nvidia 650i
Ram: At least 2GB PC2-6400 (looking at the ones on sale at Fry's right now from GeIL, as soon as my order from Newegg gets refunded)
Video: Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB
Power Supply: Ultra Products X-Finity 800 Watt PSU with Active PFC (OWN)
HDD: Maxtor 500GB SATA2 (From Fry's, owned)

Also selling a few things to help with this (things to be added over the course of the next few days). Off the top of my head, I've got:

Blackberry 6280: This is an unlocked phone, even though it comes up saying AT&T, comes with battery and possibly charging cable. Phone is in good shape other than a slight impression left on the LCD screen. Firmware and OS have been updated as of August 2006. Looking for $25 shipped.

Broken PS2. This, I believe, is the 3rd release here in the US. The internal power cable between the power switch and motherboard went bad. May be repairable, although one shop I took it to told me it wasn't. $25

Question:

Are we allowed to sell MMO accounts if the game is included (like Ebay), or are the accounts verboten entirely?
 
For a 640 meg version, depending on the brand, I could see myself going around $315-330 or so.

I'm not in too big a hurry here (mainly due to having to save up the $1200 or so for parts), but I'm looking anyway.

Just as a note, here's what I'd be willing to pay per component (varies by brand, of course)

Video Card: Looking to spend about $330 at most.
Motherboard: Looking in the $100 range
CPU: Looking in the $225-250 range
Memory: Looking in the $150-175 range
 
i have both an e6600 for sale brand new never used and like wise with the ram 2x1gb pc6400 ddr2 XMS2 Crosair High Performance Ram being brand new and never used.

$465 for both shipped via overnight shipping
