WTB: XBOX360 w/ Benq drive and HDMI, not banned

Title says it all,

Looking for an unbanned, xbox360 with a benq drive and HDMI.

I dont need a hard drive, or an hdmi cable, or any games. One controller and possibly a mic would be nice in addition to the actual console and power brick, but beyond that nothing special.
