No, unlock codes are available online for just under $30. I could potentially work something out with you though.

I don't think so because its an AT&T Next device. Regardless, I'd just take $30 off your offered price and you could take care of it. I can send you the link to the site everyone uses for them.

They should unlock it, does not necessarily mean you want to leave att - you could be going overseas for vacation

(that is what I always tell tmo). I was looking at a possible trade for a note 2 (mine is tmo but unlocked). I have to the bosses approval too..it her phone lol.
