Does that CPU/Motherboard work as it is right now, or will it require rigging?

I might have someone interested in that if it works before shipping :)

cpu does not work at all its gonna need to be getto rigged if my hands where not so crapy I would rig it my self
I was gonna get some gold wire(0.45mm) and some conductive epoxy but my hands/eyes dunworksogood
 
Please PM the lowest price you'd sell the board for. I need a cheap board to get a PC running at Church now.
