WTT Wii w/ 2 games for Xbox 360.

I'm looking to trade a nice, clean, working Wii with games (Zelda, Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam and Wii Sports) with 1 wii-mote and 2 virtual console games and a few hundred points, along with a 2 year replacement plan from Wal-Mart for a XBox 360, preferably a premium model.

Interested in doing this rather soon.
