Not sure how to phrase a title - but I use Wyse PocketCloud on my iPad and on my android devices a lot - to connect to a home server that has the PocketCloud client installed. This app has an autoDiscovery type of functionality based upon logging in on all devices with your gmail account.
Problem is, there are times where it would be way more convenient to log into my home machine from my desktop at work. Anyone know of an alternative that works similarly, that would allow me to tunnel into my machine, without having to know the home IP address (or do a dynDNS kind of thing).
