x2 4000 or wait

Im currently building a new computer and with all the new stuff out or coming out. I was looking at the new Amd AM2 x2 4000. Would this and i guess the only asus board right now be a good deal? or should i just wait for conroe?

and when is conroe coming out, any time soon?

and what kinda ram ddr2 wise is a good overclocker with low latency, thats if the x2 4000 can o/c decently. Thanks!

Around mid july. Perf/$ , Conroe is a world apart from anything else.Heck , even the PD 9xx are better than *cough*.
