I've double checked all my connections and tried four different DVDs (Serenity, Dune, King Kong and Apollo 13) and when I put any disc in it says "Reading..." but never goes anywhere. I saw the KB article that had the same description but it doesnt say how to fix it other than reconnecting it and trying different discs. Anyone got any tips? Also, when MS extended the warranty, did they extend the warranty on the HD-DVD unit too?
