Xeon 3040 and SuperMicro board?

That Processor will operate on any C2D Compatible 775 MOBO I would opt to one of the Intel Chipsets..... but that is just me.

My 3060 runs great on My 975x I would look at a 965 unless you need Multi GPU

With good Micron D-9 you will be rocking.......
