I ordered this for a friend and think it is probably the best deal for an agp video card for $199. This is my first time ordering from them, but they have an excellent reseller rating.

It is actually a $30 mail in rebate to bring the price down to $199 not to mention $15 tax for me.

newegg & monarch are competitors. Monarch's based outside of Atlanta. I got no idea where Newegg's based but -- yea definitely different companies.
