XP MCE system requirements

I purchased the following hardware along with XP MCE for my new system.

2.26 GHz Pentium 4
ECS motherboard
512 MB PC2700
Apollo nVidia GeForce MX5600 (DX9 compatible)
Hauppauge PVR-150MCE
250 GB HD.

Is this sufficient? I'm getting the impression looking around osme places that it's not.
 
That'll fly, just make sure you get an MCE certified MPEG codec.
 
Well I wouldn't say running as such, more like walk.

Upped the ram to 512mb and its fine. Just don't ask it to do HDTV.
