/sigh, just like the article says, moment I tried to install SP3 on my desktop, it started restarting infinitely the moment it got to the windows loading screen.
Not knowing wtf was going on, since there were ZERO error messages or warnings, I resorted to reinstalling, which is still going on, as long as I can get this old ass XP cd to install properly.
What the hell M$, a USB mouse is possibly causing the problem? Or my solution is to always start up with a flash drive plugged in? WTF is that, I really wish they'd fix this sort of thing before they release the service pack.
