Before this gets locked....yes.....it does fit. I've got the 7700ALCU installed on my Ultra-D and it's fine. You can actually use all 4 ram slots...if you need to use the slot closest to the CPU, you have to angle the stick in and kinda nudge it up against the cooler..but it does fit. That's with a bare stick of my GSkill....i doubt that most sticks of ram with heatspreaders on would fit...after the cooler is installed that is.....it fits fine if you put the ram in first.
