Well supposedly last day was 09/07, but I just sent a response (unsolicited) and got a response back that I'm being validated. Last time they did this (earlier this year) it took about a month to get my minutes.

I figured it out! Someone on another forum suggested I check to make sure the pagefile was not set to wipe at shutdown. Indeed, it was. The following helped fix that little problem: Start > Run > Secpol.msc > Local policies > Security Options > Shutdown: Clear virtual memory pagefile =...
