Back around 1998-99, Liquid Audio had something similar. Downloadable tracks with art, lyrics, links and all, with MPEG2-AAC LC and AC3 audio codecs supported. Lower bitrates were also supported for streaming.
Thoughts from 1999:
First kids on the block to get DSL. I remember downloading Netscape at 40KBytes/sec and going :o 1 MBit down, 128 KBits up.
Paid $78 for 64MB of RAM to go from 32MB to 96MB
You can get $10.00 shipping in Canada as far as I can tell. I added it to my cart and with GST (5%) it ended up being $100.79. Using today's exchange rate it's about $90.12 US.
If you missed the recent deals on the 1TB Green series, here's another chance:
$85.99 Canadian:

Limit 1 per customer, expires 6/16. At this writing there are 126 drives left at this price.
Newegg.ca has the 1TB Green for $89.99 Canadian, free shipping. Ordered one, total came out to $102. (7% PST). Kinda sucks, I just got another of the same drive from NCIX a couple of weeks ago for $124 total.
