I'm not entirely sure why mine was denied, followed the instructions which were pretty much the same as every rebate application. The email I got back said I didn't include the UPC label, when I had indeed put it in the envelope. I picked my ram at the microcenter though, and they have a guarenteed rebate policy, if it gets denied, microcenter will pay you instead.
