Get the U2412M. Like others stated, unless you're doing crucial graphics/color work, the U2410 might be too much for your needs.

for good low-light, consider the new canons that are out or coming out soon, like the S95. You really don't want to get those super zoom p&s cameras. They typically have smaller senors that do HORRIBLE in low light.

I've built systems with the 770 and the 790FX, they all work just fine depending on your budget.

Just recently bought a new pair of these headphones on amazon. They're insanely good for the price. Very comfortable to wear, sounds are very clear. The only complaint I have is that the bass is lacking.

Generally, a clean OS install will give a fresh start and allowing you to only install the programs you really use. Performance would be even better.
