probably a silly answer, but why not just create a text box? You can't technically scroll with it using a scroll mouse, but it should work fine.

Better question, would a 5% rate be an acceptable number on any given consumer product? IE refrigerators, Tv's, etc...I really have no idea. Granted things are going to fail, but are gamers more lenient in taking that risk just to play the games they paid good money for?

For anyone who is on an older system, I can confirm it does run well on an AMD 3000+ Claw, 1 gig, and a 9800Pro. The initial startup is incredibly slow, but the missions load up much quicker.
