There has been some $350 deals with the 12700k, mobo and ram for $350. Been tempted to upgrade my 9700k.

there was a $270 ddr4/12600kf/asrock mobo combo on newegg a few weeks back. Seems like they are trying to clear old mobos and cpu's, id wait for BF combos, you might even see a $200 12600k combo
