Hi,
I was looking for a 1920*1200 pixel monitor at about 24"-26" but to my regret they all seem to be locked at 60hz. I want to watch alot of HD-DVD movies on the screen, but checking out my friends new 22" Samsung 226BW, it seemed like there alot of micro-stutter on 60hz HDDVD playback. Maybe it's all PowerDVD's fault, but a 72hz screen would still be nice.

Anyone know a 1920*1200 pixel panel that does 72hz?
Thanks in advance.

also it might be the monitor... most(if not all) 22'' are TN panel... and does he have a good video card?

All 1920x1200 LCD monitors run at 60 Hz. Only the Sony GDM-FW900 can do what you want, but it's a CRT.

Jitter is caused by the refresh rate not being a multiple of the frame rate. The panel or video card has nothing to do with it.

I was afraid that would be the case. Unfortunately the 24" CRT is too huge and heavy.

Will those LCD's ever catch up.
