5570 3 monitor output

I'm trying to set up a 5570 to output to a 1080p projector, a 1080p 47 in TV and a desktop monitor. What I need it to do is clone the projector and the TV and use the monitor to control the software. It is fairly easy to get the monitor and projector working properly but I can't get the TV to be recognized by CCC- well, it sees the TV but it won't let me drag it up to the box with the active displays. The hook-ups are as follows-
monitor is HDMI
TV is display port>VGA adapter>TV
projector is DVI>VGA adapter>projector

Due to cabling that is already installed, that is the way it needs to be. As far as I can tell (read), this should work. Does anyone have any experience with something like this that can offer me some wisdom?
 
If you want to clone a display, use a splitter connected to the same output. Then just hook up the computer monitor to its own output.
