7600 GT Stock Cooler Replacement?

The fan on my eVGA 7600 GT makes a loud whiny sound whenever it first starts up. I'm tired of listening this. What's the cheapest way to quiet my card? I'd like to get a larger fan or maybe even a passive cooler.

I had a 7600GT and at first bought an Arctic Cooling S2 for it.

The holes didn't match up, despite the product information saying it did.
(was an xfx card)

Make sure it works, I hope yours does if you buy that.
