Advice needed new board/cpu/memory

Looking right now to upgrade my gaming rig ( got a MSI 8800GT 512mb ram with a Corsair 620watt psu) ... and saw this deal that seems decent to me but want to see some hard forum input before I commit my precious money : so here it goes (sorry for my post on other subforum, couldnt delete it).

if you can wait couple weeks for 45nm DC chips ie e8400/e8500 with 9x/9.5x multipliers, you will not be disappointed.
