So I was over at PerformancePCs site looking at cases when I ran across this case.

I hadn't seen it before and it looked rather interesting in an odd sense so I had to check it out at their website. Its more for HTPC use than anything else. Since it was a mATX case I figured I'd share here. :)

I believe zipzoomfly sells this case (out of stock though), personally though I think it looks ugly.

It's an interesting case but I concur with munkle: That is one ugly case. Way too gaudy-ish for a HTPC IMO.

There is no way I would pay good money for that,

It's been talked about before. I think it is kind of cool looking and it is a unique case; it looks like a stereo deck. It should offer good cooling. The steel will be heavy. You would need to cut a hole in the top deck for most aftermarket heatsinks.

You can also buy it on the 'egg:

Some knucklehead on mp3car had his mind set on using the bottom of the case for his install. It's doable for a carPC install, because you don't need the PSU, drive bay areas or really need to worry about cooling, but there are much cheaper cases that would be fully enclosed.
