Anybody know CVS and RCS?

I am having an issue recovering files from the CVS ",v" files. I've spent hours searching and trying different things with no luck.

I've got all of the ",v" files that were copied off of a server. I want to convert those to the actual source files.

I remember having to do something similar years ago for a CVS repo. This link summarizes what I went through. Hope it helps.
