Bluetooh print adapter

My boss has me looking for an adapter so he can print from his laptop over bluetooth. He has a Dell tablet, maybe a year old, which has bluetooth but at home he does not have a wireless network (uses Verizion data network for internet), and too print he must physically go to the printer and plug in and print. He wants an adapter for his printer which will connect to his bluetooth in his laptop and let him print.

I know I have read about USB dongle to printers, but he wants to stick with bluetooth since it is built into his laptop and everything. A quick search on Google landed me with this Belkin device, link. His first comment was "SEVENTY BUCKS!"

Any other solutions or is he just going to have to spend the money?
