Boss needs build help 1500-1600 budget

My boss wants a new gaming rig, but i dont have time to help price one out as i am busy with other projects. I ask H for help please. THanks in advanced.

What can i biuld for 1500 give or take a few bucks

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Running a 22 inch and sometimes runs on a 47 inch tv

WIthin a 2 days or as soon as parts come in

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
Room for expansion

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?
If i7 build going vista, if not sticking with legit xp pro
