Was wondering the easiest cheapest way for me to connect cable tv to my new monitor.

Just bought it. I have plenty of high def stuff to watch on it but no TV in my room and I wanted to be able to watch reg. SD stuff on it as well as high def. I know that it wont look right or fill up the screen since it is only 480 but its better than nothing.
