Cooling base for MBP?

So far, the Cooler Master NotePal cool pad is the best I've seen even though it's a scant fit for the 15"4 model.

I'm thinking it will be beneficial by virtue of it being metal2metal contact. When look on the bottom of the MBP I see no vents of any kind, unlike your conventional ntoebooks which push hot air out of one of the four corners. Form over function?

At any rate, I'm thinking of getting this CM NotePal unless someone has come across something much better.
