DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) vs. DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) ?

Hello,

About to place an order for memory for my laptop..
Newegg have a lot of options to choose from, and I found there are two slightly different memory spec...
Are they any great advantage to get the 5400 over 5300?

By the way, my laptop is Lenovo T61p (if any further spec is necessary, I'll post them later...)

5400 = 675MHz rating (337.5MHz DDR)
5300 = 667MHz rating (333MHz DDR)

Either one will run at 667MHz in your laptop.
