decent low cost dialup?

Required:
+ Coverage in the Oak Ridge, TN area
+ Can use simple dial-up-networking
+ Reasonably cheap

Would be nice, but isn't mandatory:
+ Unlimited time
+ National coverage

Stuff I don't care about
+ Web space
+ Email

Stuff I don't want
+ Accelerators
+ Resident dialers
+ Ads/spyware/malware/etc.

This will probably get about 50 hrs usage per month, tops. Any recommendations?
