is DFI the only company that has a matx skt1366 mobo?

im wanting to build a new core i7 system but i want it to be matx form factor. cant find a release date on this badboy, and cant find any other matx skt1366 mobos being developed..

anyone else looking forward to this or any more info? i didnt find a thread on this topic here on [H] so i thought id start one.

So far, this is the first one I have seen. Nice find. Other than the colors, I like the looks of this.
