Sim 1 slot was tested with my Tmobile sim and was able to make an outgoing call. No other tests were made for Sim 2 slot. Assume that two sim cards are needed in the phone for Sim 2 slot to work. Takes a micro usb charge cable and uses mini sim card (micro sim w/ adapter).
