Is this week's i5-661 + mobo for ~$170 (after $10 MIR) still active?

The i7-860 is a pretty sweet deal... if I didn't just spend $170 for a Xeon X3440 this week :-/
 
No, previous week's deals end on Thursday.

Updated the first post with the only combo added today (i5 750), and linked 2 $70AR P55 boards. Geez Fry's, where's the sub-$90 X4 combo this week? :p
 
Bump about the Sempron 140 + MSI K9N6PGM-V2. Grabbed one friday on a whim. The board doesn't allow unlocking extra cores as it is a Nvidia chipset, not an AMD chipset. Also, can't push voltage past stock, and can't get mine past 12.5% overclock (225FSB vs 200 stock). Going to try to flash the bios later and hope some of that is fixed, but I probably won't update this thread as the deal ends today or tommorow I think.
 
anyone know if theres gonna be anything new tomorrow? my girlfriend is gonna be in the vicinity of the nearest frys and maybe i can have her pick something up... :)

chances are the wednesday combo will be a repeat of the days before combos.

The Sunday and Monday ads usually do that, but Wednesday usually has combo(s) that weren't advertised from Fri-Mon. We'll see in the morning. This week has just been wierd so far. 5 of 6 advertised combos are i3/i5/i7. Anyways, the Memorial Day sale should be better than what was available this week.

I went to Fry's last night and pretty much all 7 or 8 combos (alt MB in 1 or 2) were still available, even the $30AR ones. Everyone must be combo-ed out by now since that's pretty unusual.
 
Yeah, I had tried to grab the 30AR combos a few times before but they seemed to be gone almnost instantly. I was quite surprised when I found it still there when I got off work.

Order for in store pick up and you won't miss the deals. It saves waiting in components for a quote paper too. Very handy.

Lately almost all of the combos have been on frys.com and are available for in store pick up if ordered about 1/2 hour before store opening or later.
