I bought it from Amazon several months ago but ended up not using it.
$120 shipped via USPS. It'll cost extra for another carrier.
I can take venmo or paypal. You'll have to cover any fees if you want to pay for it as a purchase.
edit: I'm open to trading it for a x570/b550 motherboard with 3+ m.2 slots, some kind of off-lease mini/sff pc that's at least 6th gen i5 or 8th gen i3, or a cpu + matx/itx motherboard combo that's at least 8th gen i3. zen+ would work too.
