I purchased the iRiver and Sony headphones approximately 1 month ago. The iRiver was purchased from NewEgg (I will provide a copy of the invoice). The headphones were purchased from Best Buy. Both items are in like-new condition with less than 3 hours of total usage (the reason I’m selling them). Both items include all the original packaging, documentation and accessories.

Yes, the fan comes with. I would think so... It fits my Saphire 9800 pro just fine. I had it installed for about 6 hours before I removed it.
 
Hey, how do you ship? (UPS, Fed Ex, what?) $23 includes the fan and HS with shipping?
