FS: Visiontek 290X 4GB $190

Up for sale is a Visiontek 290X that has served me very faithfully over the past couple of years. This card was only used for light gaming - it was never used to mine cryptocurrency. I ran this card undervolted at stock frequencies (1030mhz/1250mhz/-46mV) and it performed very well and stayed cool at those settings. It is also a very good overclocker - I was able to push it to over 1200mhz/1600mhz, but I only ran it at those frequencies to run benchmarks for a few minutes at a time. I had an aftermarket cooler installed on this card, so the stock heatsink is completely clean and the fans have plenty of bearing life left. I have reinstalled the stock heatsink with fresh Noctua NT-H1 thermal compound. The stock heatsink/VRAM/VRM sinks on this card are actually quite good, keeping the core temp the mid 70C range at full load - you won't run into any thermal throttling like on other 290Xs.
